• Membership types count as units, so 1 "Your Wellbeing Spa & Fitness" membership counts as one membership unit, a "Your Golf" membership counts as 2 units, and a combined "Your Golf and Your Wellbeing" membership counts as 3 units.

• The certificate can be sold or transferred to anyone who wishes to take over an individuals membership.
• If the certificate is transferred to to someone who is not employed by the same company they will pay non corporate membership rates. Their Enrolment Certificate will have the same agreement or terms and conditions as a non corporate membership.
• If the number of units generated by your corporate membership drops below 25 units your individual membership rates will return to the current non corporate rates until 25 units are reached again.
• An employee can also enrol their spouse or partner on the Corporate Membership.  They must be in a current relationship and living at the same address with a joint Direct Debit mandate.  The spouse or partner will also be counted towards the total number of membership units.
• Off peak corporate membership is not available.
• Payment is by monthly direct debit or 12 months annual in advance.
• Corporate membership prices are guaranteed for one year
• At the point of joining all new Corporate Members must show proof of employment with the company (e.g. badge, pass, wage slip, contract, letter from company etc.).
• If a Corporate Member leaves the employment of the company, their corporate rate is cancelled and so is that of their partner or spouse, and their rate returns to a non corporate peak membership rate.

• If you join as an individual member before your corporate membership is complete we will automatically change your rate to the corporate rate as soon as memberships totalling a value of 25 units or more have joined from your company.
